The Cartel DVD and High-Definition Blu-Ray Disc On Sale Now
Please note there are three versions of the DVD/Blu-Ray disc for sale. The "Home Edition" has an on-screen notice that says: "FBI Warning: This DVD is not licensed for public exhibition or projection. Criminal penalties will apply...." By contrast, the K-12 & General Screening editions are licensed for projection to K-12 student groups, and general groups, respectively.
